2006 - ChemRem International LLC incorporated in Arizona and signed an agreement with FMC Corporation setting ChemRem up as manufacturer's representative for PermeOx Plus throughout the western US and Canada.
2007 - In January, full technical sales operations begin out of Albuquerque, New Mexico and ChemRem begins selling PermeOx Plus and other FMC remediation products across North America.
2007 - The agreement between FMC and ChemRem expands to include all of North America.
and then later in the year to include all FMC environmental remediation products.
2007 - By the end of the year, ChemRem has provided technical support and generated sales on projects across North America.
2007 - Throughout this year and culminating with the market launch at the Battelle Monterey Symposium in May 2008, ChemRem collaborates with FMC on the commercialization and lab and pilot testing of the new and innovative chemox-bio product named Klozur® CR.
2008 - In May, the US EPA Technology Innovation Office (TIO) highlights a manuscript co-authored by ChemRem President which presents a strong case for use of Klozur persulfate activated by engineered calcium peroxide (PermeOx Plus) for chemical oxidation and for straight PermeOx Plus for aerobic biostimulation.
2008 - In June, ChemRem provides its first support to a project in Europe.
2008 - In October, ChemRem opens a mid-atlantic sales office in Charlotte, NC.
2009 - In January, ChemRem worked with FMC to develop Klozur Caustic for customer convenience and the new product was added to the list of products represented by FMC/ChemRem.
2009 - In April, ChemRem begins exploring the Australian/Southeast Asia environmental restoration market. Work by ChemRem and WSP accepted for presentation at the 3rd International Cleanup Conference to be held in Adilade Australia in September of 2009.
